Abstract
In work working out of a component of system of the monitoring working in two variants – in the form of the GIS-CLIENT, and the web appendix is carried out. In aggregate with each other, they form more flexible software, capable to work in this or that sphere of application, depending on preferences of the concrete client. The route lining is optimised. The system of navigating helps is worked.
